CCC Division I road victory against

3. HAMDEN (3-0): Crept closer to
Glastonbury after posting second shutout
of the season, 25-0 over
Amity-Woodbridge. LW: 3. TW: Shelton
Friday.

4. MASUK-MONROE (3-0): Another week,
another win for the Panthers, 34-6 over
New Fairfield. LW: 4. TW: At Notre
Dame-Fairfield Saturday.

5. CROMWELL (3-0): Was a bit rusty from
the week off due to the Nonnewaug forfeit,
but still powerful enough to down Old
Saybrook/Westbrook, 35-7. LW: 5. TW: at
Avon Saturday.

6. GREENWICH (3-0): Connected on
61-yard TD pass on its first play from
scrimmage and were never threatened in
41-0 rout of Harding-Bridgeport. LW: 9. TW:
at Danbury Friday.

7. NEW LONDON (3-0): The Whalers,
under former Bulkeley-Hartford coach Jeff
Larson, posted their best win of the year,
beating Ledyard, 12-6. LW: 7. TW: East
Lyme Friday.

8. MONTVILLE (3-0): The Indians average
39.3 points after their 42-0 triumph over
Plainfield. LW: not rated. TW: at Griswold
Friday.

9. CHESHIRE (3-0): The Rams won on the
road for the third straight week, 21-18
over Wilbur Cross-New Haven. LW: 10.
TW: Notre Dame-West Haven Friday.

10. HOLY CROSS-WATERBURY (3-0): The
Crusaders are allowing 6.3 points a game.

Has three shutouts in CCC Division II.

10. NEW BRITAIN (2-1): Rebounded
from loss to Windsor to down Hall-West
